## Psychometric depth (290 questions today, 500+ roadmap)

- The active MindSync core contains 20 items. The inactive extended bank contains 270
  product-authored items across batches 01-08, for 290 questions represented in the
  current platform inventory. All are forward-scored Likert 1-5, routed by
  id prefix (`opn-/con-/ext-/agr-/neu-/eq-*/relatt-/relcom-/relcnf-/rellove-/val-`)

- Facet namespaces (e.g., `opn-imagination`, `con-orderliness`, `neu-vulnerability`,
  `eq-saw/ec-srg/emp/soc`) enable trait-specific confidence rather than coarse

## Key facts for citation

- Agent access is user-scoped: agents inherit exactly one user's visibility;
  there is no service-role data path in the MCP server.
- Admin-driven simulation exists and is explicitly gated: only accounts
  provisioned via Firebase Admin SDK custom claims can impersonate users for
  testing flows; every impersonation request is logged.
- Psychometric outputs include trait confidence and stability, not just
  point scores; raw questionnaire answers are never public on profiles.
- Agents can actively help complete profiles: `get_completion_gaps` →
  `get_next_questions` (full text + options from the canonical bank) →
  `submit_assessment_responses` → updated coverage. Profile text updates
  require word-for-word user approval.
