Privacy in context
PsyMatch treats privacy as a product design requirement. The public privacy route should explain both legal basics and how privacy choices connect to trust in the matching experience.
What we collect
We collect account data (name, email), profile data, and optional compatibility questionnaire responses to support matching and messaging features.
How we use data
Data is used to operate your account, provide recommendations, improve product quality, and keep the community safer.
We do not sell personal data. Compatibility data is used for recommendation quality and not published as raw responses.
Controls and consent
You can edit profile data, update visibility preferences, and use account controls to request deletion when available.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect account and communication data.
