Create your profile

Build a profile that gives matching enough honest signal to work with.

Updated 2026-08-25 · 1 min read

A good profile is not a performance - it is usable signal. Matching weighs what you write, so specificity helps more than polish.

Steps

  1. 01

Basics. Name, location precision, and intent. Precise location enables distance filtering; keep it off if you prefer broad matching.

  2. 02

Photos. Three to five recent photos beat one perfect shot. Add captions - they are conversation hooks.

  3. 03

Prompts. Answer at least three prompts with something only you would write. "I can quote the entire Big Lebowski" outperforms "I love movies".

  4. 04

Interests. Pick honestly, not aspirationally. Shared interests drive both matching and openers.

Privacy defaults

Raw assessment answers are never public. See privacy controls for everything you can tune.

Good to know

Profiles with specific prompts receive measurably better openers - agents and humans both write better first messages when there is real material to work with.
